Park Hill Primary School - Classroom Extension

A straight forward building construction project to extend the classroom area of the school except that it had to be built within a playground area and a high level of protection for the primary school children needed to be maintained as well as fit building and service connection to the school programme to ensure no disruption.

Kingsleigh House - Link Building

Construction of a new link corridor, laundry, storage and accommodation at an existing care home. Traditional new build construction between existing occupied buildings, which had to remain in full use during the construction period. Detailed programming was required and close co-operation with the care home staff to enable building and service connections to be completed without interruption to the routine of its home.

Ventura House Refurbishment

The Birmingham Education and Training Academy provides adult educational and business opportunity space for the people of Central Birmingham. It had outgrown its former home and acquired long disused building in Hockley to expand its services. The refurbished building provides education, conference, administration and business areas for community use. The building occupies the complete available working area so that the refurbishment needed to be carefully organised to allow a phased occupation of the new facility.
